Don’t let the bad reviews scare you. Check it out for yourself. Our room was perfectly clean. Great place for the price. The owners and staff are really nice and flexible. I let the bad reviews scare me and they were completely willing to let me look at my room and change rooms if needed (it wasn’t needed). I accidentally got charged twice and they corrected it with no complications and apologized. Really great place especially for the price.

Clean comfortable inn. Great for short or long stays. $70 a night is affordable. Staff was welcoming and very nice. Pet friendly.

I don't do reviews. Ever. However, I must say, this place has not so great reviews. And it's completely invalidated. Moh and crystal do their best here every day. This location is not the best for escaping the fall of society. Not even the price keeps out the lowest of the low. However, the location is great access to the highway, great access to downtown, great access to quick bites to eat. The price makes it easy to afford a night, a week, a month, and still have money left over to keep gas in your car and keep food in your belly. My wife, kids, and I stayed here for a few weeks while we transitioned to a new property. We never saw bedbugs that were present in the reviews on Google. We never saw cockroaches that were present in the reviews on Google. Instead, we heard fighting between customers, which was quickly quelled by the staff. Just a reminder of what a lack of respect society has. Stay here if you need to. It's worth having the extra cash in your pocket. Keep doing your best staff! I would give this motel an overall 4/5 stars. You get what you pay for! There was a teenager screaming at her mother and police were called. The staff seemed to handle that appropriately. I was there for 4 nights. My room was clean! The microwave, you had to slam to shut. The mini fridge wasn't working. But.. like I said before.. you get what you pay for. I did meet 2 amazing workers whist there. First, I'm shouting out to Kimberly! She was absolutely amazing. I was having a hard time sleeping due to the neighbors next door being a little too loud for my liking. I went downstairs and she took her time to see if I was alright and just sat there and talked to me for a few minutes. As much as I wanted to continue talking all night, she had to get back to work. She was absolutely amazing! Hard worker! If I come back, I hope to see her because she acted as a friend, which is what i was needing at that time. I liked her hospitality. The other shout out is who they call "Wheels" I would see him almost all day, everyday, working his behind off! It was very inspiring! He didn't use his disability as a crutch. Instead, he tended to the property and every time I saw him he was always so busy. Wish I could have told him he was doing an amazing job! This motel may not be perfect, but it really speaks volumes when you have such caring, compassionate, hard workers working for it. Keep up the great work! I see a lot of potenial there!

First & foremost, a huge THANK YOU to the ladies running this place. They have been amazing & absolutely helpful, in every way. I could go on & on, about them. They have been kind, gone above & beyond, absolutely accommodating, completely upfront, no hidden fees or charges & really do appreciate your business. They don't have to say it, though they do, it just shows. My first night in here, I finally felt relaxed enough to get some sleep, just because of how they treated me & I slept all night long. Please do not let the bad reviews discourage you. Give them an honest chance. There's vending machines (sodas & snacks - small choices, but a gas station & Neighborhood Market are both within walking distance,) there's a place to wash & dry your clothes in the lobby, free coffee, slot machines, treadmill, ice machine. The lobby is very cozy & the rooms are actually on the inside, so you don't have to go outside, if it isn't necessary. It's not a bad neighborhood (I lived two miles away for over a decade) & it's very conveniently located. Turn either direction at the light, you'll find food by the next light & the interstate is really close. & free Wi-Fi

Perfect room, seemed freshly remodeled, me and my girlfriend loved the service, when we forgot to get stuff to help us eat our ramen noodles the maintenance man gave us two forks

It's not a 5-star hotel/motel but owners are great, staff is helpful & friendly, reasonable rates (comparable to similar establishments), room okay. Btw, this has been my home since July 2024.

This is a great place to stay. The staff is friendly, helpful, and helped my family and I feel at home. Rooms are always clean, location is close to gas station, bank, and neighborhood market. Restaurant s are not far away either. Quiet night and great free breakfast. I recommend this place to anyone planning to stay one night or a week or longer in Fort Smith.
